Position: Production Operator / Maintenance / Forklift Operator
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals who are eager to build a career in manufacturing and technical operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
✅ Operate and monitor production machines and equipment
✅ Assist in assembly, testing, and quality inspection of automotive products
✅ Perform basic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance tasks as required
✅ Follow safety standards and company policies within the production area
✅ Support continuous improvement and maintenance activities
Qualifications:
🔹 At least Senior High School graduate or holder of a Technical, Automotive, or Vocational course
🔹 No experience required — but experience as a Production Operator, Technician, or in Maintenance is an advantage
🔹 With Driver’s License is an advantage
🔹 Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
🔹 Willing to work on shifting schedules
