About the Agency
Rise Manpower Services, Inc. is a land based recruitment agency duly licensed by the (POEA) Philippine Overseas Employment Administration and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) specializing in the career placement of Filipino professionals and skilled workers for overseas employment.
Since its establishment in 1992, Rise Manpower Services, Inc. has been offering Filipino workers better employment opportunities in other countries and helping them uplift their lives in the process.
For over two decades now, the agency has deployed thousands of Filipino workers to different areas in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Canada, Oceana, New Zealand, and the United States of America. It has provided gainful employment to workers in the fields of nursing, medicine, accounting, architecture, engineering, education, computer programming, banking and finance, as well as helped skilled workers find jobs as technicians, craftsmen, factory workers, and administrative personnel, among others. It has also assisted foreign employers who are in need of qualified workers.

It is a member of major industry associations like the Philippine Association of Service Exporters, Inc. (PASEI), Overseas Placement Association of the Philippines (OPAP), Pilipino Manpower Agencies Accredited to Taiwan Inc. (PILMAT), and is accredited by the Council of Labor Affairs of Taiwan. In fact, the agency is one of the few authorized by the Taiwan Government and the Department of Labor of the Philippines to participate in the Special Hiring Program of Taiwan. It is also affiliated with the United Philippines Manpower Agencies for Israel Association Inc. (UPMAIA) and is accredited by the Embassy of Israel. In addition, it is one of the few licensed agencies accredited to supply workforce to New Zealand.
In 2002, Rise Manpower Services, Inc. received a citation from the POEA, “In recognition of its sustained efforts of continuously promoting the competence of Filipinos and creating employment opportunities for Filipino workers.”
