💰 Salary & Compensation

• Monthly Salary: NT$29,500

• Overtime Pay:

  • 1.34x / 1.67x / 2x (per Taiwan Labor Standards Act)

  • Rest-day work computed separately

• Maximum Monthly Overtime: 46 hours

⏰ Work Schedule

Fixed Shifts

• ☀️ Day Shift: 08:30 – 20:40

• 🌙 Night Shift: 20:30 – 08:40

Shift Systems

1. Two-Shift System

   • Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off

2. Four-Shift Two-Rotation System

   • Work 2 days, rest 2 days

🧥 Clothing & Safety Requirements

Due to the cleanroom environment, workers are required to wear:

• Mask

• Hair cover / hat

• Cleanroom suit

• Work shoes

• 🎉 Gift money on major holidays and birthdays

• ✈️ Annual travel and rest leave

• 📆 Annual leave in accordance with Taiwan Labor Standards Act

• 🚨 Emergency leave to return home without penalty or termination

🏠 Transparent Deductions

• Accommodation Fee: NT$1,000/month

• Meals:

  • Breakfast and lunch provided

  • Daily allowance capped at NT$80

• Labor Insurance & National Health Insurance:

  • Deducted per government regulations

• 💵 Salaries released every 5th of the month

  • Recruitment & advertising
