🕒 Work Schedule

• 5 consecutive workdays

• 2 rest days (Saturday & Sunday)

• Emergency leave allowed without penalty

🔁 Shift Options

Day Shift:

• 07:30–16:40 (70-minute rest)

• 08:00–20:00 (120-minute rest)

Night Shift:

• 19:30–04:40 (70-minute rest)

• 20:00–08:00 (120-minute rest)

⏱ Overtime & Leave

Overtime Pay:

• Paid for rest days and public holidays

• Fully compliant with Taiwan labor laws

Estimated Overtime:

• Weekdays: up to 2 hours

• Weekends: up to 8 hours

• Monthly cap: 46 hours

Leave Entitlements:

• Emergency return to the Philippines allowed

• Paid leave based on Taiwan labor regulations

• Workers may go home during annual vacation
