Technoserve Co., Inc. (formerly Technoserve Construction Co., Inc.) is a licensed land-based recruitment agency with POEA license no. POEA-151-LB-073018-R. For over 20 years, TCCI has deployed thousands of Filipino workers to projects worldwide.

TECHNOSERVE CO., INC. (hereinafter referred to as “TCCI” for brevity) or formerly Technoserve Construction Co., Inc. is engaged in the business of recruitment and placement of manpower for overseas employment predominantly to construction projects in the oil and gas industry. TCCI is the recruitment agent of JGC Construction International PTE. LTD. incorporated in Singapore.
Currently, TCCI exclusively supply manpower to projects undertaken by JGC Corporation, a recognized EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) company headquartered in Yokohama, Japan. JGC Corporation is a minority shareholder of TCCI.
TCCI was incorporated on February 18, 1998. Its equity structure complies with the requirement of a recruitment company as prescribed in the Foreign Investment Act of 1991. Being a licensed recruitment company, it adheres to the rules and regulations of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) in the conduct of recruitment and deployment of Filipino workers abroad.
TCCI is an organization that believes in the potential of the FILIPINO. It maintains a pool of deployable and qualified Filipino manpower who are mobilized to projects as soon as requirements are raised.
