Qualifications:

Candidates must have experience in:

• Assembly processes: FlipChip Bond, Underfill, SMT, Molding, Saw Singulation, RVS

• Bumping processes: White/Yellow Light, Photo, Dry, Pick & Place, Wafermount, Ballmount, Plating, Coater, Sputter
