Position: Maintenance Engineer / Technician (Blue Collar)
Location: Chungli, Taiwan

✅ Required Experience

Applicants must have hands-on experience in semiconductor assembly processes, including:

Diebond
Flip Chip Bond
Underfill
Dispensing
Saw Singulation
Wafersaw
Mold
RVS (AOI experience is acceptable if related to Assembly – not Test AOI)
