2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a process industry. Experience in plastics production using twin screw extruders and knowledge of material handling systems is favorable. Experience in setting up, starting up, and operating sophisticated equipment. Experience in troubleshooting and solving simple operating problems. Ability to take direction and process information quickly. Forklift certification or experience driving a forklift is desired. Must possess a high school education or equivalent.
