Lioho Machine Works Ltd. Opens Factory Worker Opportunities for Filipinos in Taiwan
The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) has announced an urgent hiring program for qualified Filipino workers who wish to work in Taiwan as factory workers under the government-to-government hiring arrangement.
The recruitment aims to fill 17 vacancies for male factory workers at Lioho Machine Works Ltd., a company involved in automotive manufacturing and machine operations in Taiwan.
Job Opportunities in Taiwan’s Manufacturing Industry
According to the announcement, successful applicants will work in manufacturing, machine operation, and production-related tasks. The offered monthly salary is NT$29,500, which is approximately equivalent to more than PHP 56,000 depending on the exchange rate.
The interview process will be conducted through video interview, providing convenience for applicants from different parts of the Philippines.
Qualifications for Applicants
Interested applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Male applicants only
- 25 to 40 years old
- Vocational graduate or college level with at least two years of education
- At least 165 cm in height
- Weight between 65 to 85 kilograms
- Experience in manufacturing automotive metal parts is an advantage
- Relevant certifications related to manufacturing or machine operation are preferred

- Taiwan ARC or NHI Card for ex-Taiwan workers
- Employment Certificates, if available
- PEOS Certificate
- Diploma or Certificate of Highest Educational Attainment
- Transcript of Records, if available
- Resume or interview requirements
- Printed Worker’s Information Sheet or E-Registration form
