✅ Qualifications & Document Requirements

Applicants must prepare the following upon application:

1. Valid Passport

2. Voter’s ID or Voter’s Certificate (with full details, biometrics, and dry seal)

3. National ID or printed copy from eGovPH app

4. SSS Member’s Details, Contribution Records, and Coverage History (latest landscape format)

5. PEOS Certificate – Get it here

6. E-Registration Certificate – Apply here

7. PSA Birth Certificate with QR Code

   • Must include your middle name and full names of both parents

   • For first-time applicants to Taiwan, late registration after age 21 will not be accepted
