- Male applicants only
- 20 to 35 years old
- At least 160 centimeters in height
- At least a high school graduate

- Experience in argon welding is an advantage
- Applicants with small tattoos are accepted
- Must not be color blind

- College graduates: Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma
- High school graduates: Diploma and Form 137
- Married applicants should also bring their Marriage Certificate and ensure their voter registration reflects their married status.
