Not ex-abroad (must have stayed in the Philippines for at least 2 years)
Not a former trainee or worker in Japan
Physically and mentally fit
Good eyesight
Not currently applying to other agencies
With TESDA certificate related to skills
With local work experience (minimum 6 months, with Certificate of Employment)
