🎓 Qualifications

✅ General Requirements:

• Male or Female applicants, 21–38 years old (depending on position)

• Must have at least 1–2 years of related work experience

• Vocational graduate, college level, or college graduate (depending on position)

• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad

• No visible tattoos (for some job categories)

• With valid passport and PSA documents

• JLPT N4/N5 certification or experience in Japanese language is an advantage (for care worker positions)

• Willing to undergo Japanese language training (Nihongo) as required

✅ Specific Skills Preferred:

• For Care Workers: experience in hospitals, clinics, or elderly care homes

• For Agricultural Workers: experience in farming, livestock, or crop cultivation

• For Construction Workers: background in plumbing, welding, electrical, or heavy equipment operation

• For F&B and Restaurant Workers: experience in food handling, kitchen, or baking

• For Performers: must have stage experience and strong performance skills
